摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an oscillation angle of a movable section with high accuracy without being influenced by operational accuracy of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: An optical range finder comprises: a light scanning section 2 which two-dimensionally scans light; a driving section 3 which drives the light scanning section; a light source section 4 which projects a light beam; a light reception section 5 which receives reflection light from an object; a ranging section 6 which measures a range to the object based on light projection timing as well as light reception timing; a data conversion section 7 which converts range data from the ranging section 6 into point group data using the light projection timing, an incident light vector, and a conversion parameter including each oscillation amplitude on two axes of the light scanning section; a determination section 8 which determines whether an error between reference feature degree data and actual measurement feature degree data is within a threshold; and a setting change section 9 which allows, when the error is larger than the threshold, a setting value of at least either a current value of a first drive signal or the current value of a second drive signal which decides an actual value of each oscillation amplitude to be changed until the determination section 8 determines that the error is within the threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
