<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform shut down processing during a power saving mode. <P>SOLUTION: In the image processing apparatus 1, a power source control part 14 controls on and off operation of: a relay circuit 5 for supplying power from a power source supply part 3 which generates internal power from an external power source to each main part including at least a CPU 11 and a nonvolatile memory 12 by turning on and off; and a power source part 13 for a control part, thereby switching between a normal power mode and a power saving mode. In the power saving mode, when the relay circuit 5 detects that a power source switch 4 is turned off, the relay circuit 5 and the power source part 13 for the control part are turned on, and power is supplied to at least the CPU 11 and the nonvolatile memory 12. Further, after prescribed shut down processing is executed by the CPU 11, the relay circuit 5 and the power source part 13 for the control part are turned off, and the CPU 11 executes shut down processing for recording at least prescribed information in the nonvolatile memory 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
