<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small and inexpensive heater device with a simple structure capable of controlling a flow rate of fluid without generating overshooting or undershooting in a fluid temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The heater device comprises: a heater housing 2, in which a rod-like heater 1 is inserted in an axial direction; an inlet pipeline 3 communicated with one axial end of a tubular space S in the heater housing 2; a plurality of switch valves 4 arranged at a position along the axial direction of the tubular space S, communicated with the tubular space S at each one end, and communicated with an outlet pipeline 5 at each other end; a partition wall 6 dividing the tubular space S into two in the axial direction; and a partition wall moving member 7 which can move the partition wall 6 in the axial direction of the tubular space S and position it at a predefined position. As the flow rate of the fluid increase or decreases, the partition wall 6 is moved in the axial direction of the tubular space S, so as to increase or decrease a heat exchanging area of the rod-like heater and the fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
