PERCUTANEOUS ABSORPTION PROMOTER, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME, AND ADHESIVE PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption promoter for increasing the percutaneous absorbability of a drug, and to provide an adhesive preparation which has excellent percutaneous absorbability of a drug.

SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption promoter comprises: a crosslinked N-vinylpyrrolidone polymer; propylene glycol monolaurate; and at least one kind of carboxylic acids selected from groups consisting of 1 to 6C aliphatic hydrocarbon group-containing carboxylic acid and its salt. Further, the adhesive preparation is formed by a support and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the percutaneous absorption promoter and a drug, and includes an adhesive layer arranged on the support.
