<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method which paints a paper supply roller by using a water-based coating material. <P>SOLUTION: In the coating method of a paper supply roller, an underlayer coating film layer is formed to an outer peripheral surface of a paper supply roller body 100 by using a first nozzle 41 while rotating the paper supply roller body 100 of a horizontal posture around the central axis and spraying a water-based coating material from a substantially horizontal direction. Next, a powder layer is formed to a surface of the underlayer coating film layer by using a second nozzle 42 while rotating a paper supply roller body 100A retained to a horizontal posture around the central axis and spraying a powder from a horizontal direction. Next, a surface coating film layer which covers a surface of the powder layer is formed by using a third nozzle 43 while rotating a paper supply roller body 100B retained to a horizontal posture around the central axis and spraying a water-based coating material from a substantially horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
