PURPOSE: A method of tracing meridian spots of a body, and a meridian spots-stimulating apparatus using the same are provided to accurately tracing the location of meridian point according to height, weight, body type, etc of a user, thereby capable of stimulating meridian spots to fit a body type of a user. CONSTITUTION: A method of tracing meridian spots of a body, and a meridian spots-stimulating apparatus using same comprise a meridian spots-mapping sheet, and a stimulating unit. The meridian spots-stimulating unit consists of m x n matrix which consists of m of columns, and n of rows. The stimulating unit matches the locations of meridian spots with the components to the m x n matrix. The stimulating unit catches meridian spots location information. The stimulating unit selectively stimulates array elements corresponding with the meridian spots. A plurality of the stimulating units is arranged at the array element. The stimulating unit selectively installs a silicon pad containing tourmaline silicon pad, or a ceramic plate capable of laminating far infrared ray in the array element corresponding with the meridian spot. |
