ANTIFOULING SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve antifouling properties by providing two antifouling functions such as fouling removal ease and non-adhesiveness of fouling, and to promote reuse (recycling) of a waste material such as a used PET bottle as well as attaining a significant cost reduction.

SOLUTION: An antifouling sheet 1 is obtained by the steps of: blending at least 20 to 50 pts.wt. of a PE-based resin and 2 to 18 pts.wt. of a thickener with 50 to 80 pts.wt. of a PET resin in which a waste material is reused; melting and kneading the blend to obtain a resin composition; and forming the resin composition into a sheet-like body (or a film-like body) Rs having a prescribed thickness. The antifouling sheet 1 has a surface (Rsf) having fouling removal ease almost equal to or more than that of at least a single sheet of a PET resin and a single sheet of a PE-based resin, and has higher non-adhesiveness of fouling than that of at least a single sheet of a PET resin or a single sheet of a PE-based resin.
