<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED driving power supply device and a control method of the same which can facilitate noise removal in the power supply device even when an input voltage changes. <P>SOLUTION: An LED driving power supply device comprises: a pulse generator 20 generating a pulse signal by controlling a time period of a high level (or a low level) of the pulse signal based on a level of an input voltage and controlling a time period of the low level (or the high level) of the pulse signal depending on a control signal generated by a current detector; a converter 34 converting the input voltage into a current; a first switch 32 supplying the current from the converter to an LED when the generated pulse signal is at the high level, and blocking the current supply to the LED when the generated pulse signal is at the low level; and the current detector 33 detecting a current flowing in the LED based on the input voltage when the pulse signal is at the low level (or the high level), generating the control signal based on the detected current, and outputting the generated control signal to the pulse generator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
