<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve average responsiveness to a transfer request of data for a reproduction apparatus from a portable reproduction apparatus connected to a video recording device. <P>SOLUTION: When data for a reproduction apparatus that is requested to be transferred from a portable reproduction apparatus 4 is not stored in a video recording device 3, the video recording device 3 inquires access information on another video recording device 3 storing the data for a reproduction apparatus to a server device 2 and obtains the data for a reproduction apparatus from the another video recording device 3 on the basis of the access information to transfer the data to the portable reproduction apparatus 4. It makes it possible to reduce the amount of arithmetic processing for converting program video recording data into data for a reproduction apparatus in a whole network system 100 and increase average responsiveness to a program transfer request from the portable reproduction apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
