PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable solid preparation containing loxoprofen sodium and clemastine fumarate and free from discoloring, content reduction or the like.

SOLUTION: The solid preparation contains loxoprofen sodium or its hydrate and clemastine fumarate, wherein the loxoprofen sodium or its hydrate and the clemastine fumarate are present substantially without contacting each other in the preparation.
