A system for developing stories for an interactive multiplayer game or story includes a developer interface that receives submissions including a plurality of stories where each story includes at least one event that defines a story line for each story. The system includes a database that stores the plurality of submissions and a processor, in communication with the developer interface and the database, that receives a first story to determine whether the first story satisfies acceptance rules.
