A system for processing and utilizing power generated by fuel cell power generation according to the present invention includes a consumer information storage server capable of storing information about each consumer. A matching server allocates code numbers respectively assigned to the one or more fuel cell stacks to the consumer. A transmission power DB server detects system transmission power(Ef), which is transmitted to an electric power system, from power produced by each of the fuel cell stacks, and stores the system transmission power. A reception power DB server detects power consumption(Eg) which is received by the consumer from the electric power system, and stores the power consumption. A power comparison server compares the system transmission power with the power consumption, and stores results of the comparison. Part(Eh) of the power produced by the fuel cell stack is directly supplied to the consumer.
