An exercise machine, comprising two support assemblies disposed on the left and right sides of the machine respectively, wherein the rear portions of the two support assemblies are interconnected by two rear connecting arms (1) upperly and lowerly disposed; a plurality of hooks (2) are attached to each rear connecting arm (1); and the front portions of the two support assemblies are interconnected by a top connecting bar (24) disposed on the top end. The exercise machine is characterized by a comprehensive range of functions, capable of omni-directional workouts.
