PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fiber reinforced laminates, the fiber reinforced laminates, reinforcing sheet used for the fiber reinforced laminates, and a wind turbine blade are provided to improve the rigidity of the laminates because reinforcing strips are formed in a different direction. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing sheet is used for fiber reinforced laminates. The reinforcing sheet comprises reinforcing strips(25) connected to a base layer(23) of the reinforcing sheet. One or more the reinforcing strips are attached to the base layer of the reinforcing sheet. One or more the reinforcing strips are formed in strip patterns on the base layer of the reinforcing sheet. One or more the reinforcing strips are connected to attaching points(26) on the base layer of the reinforcing sheet.
