PURPOSE: An earth pressure measuring device for a cylindrical hole and an installation method thereof are provided to prevent damage to an earth pressure measurement unit by preventing the earth pressure measurement unit from touching the inner surface of the cylindrical hole. CONSTITUTION: An earth pressure measuring device for a cylindrical hole comprises an earth pressure measurement unit(110), a flexible membrane(120), and a grout injection unit(130). The earth pressure measurement unit measures the earth pressure of the inner surface of a cylindrical hole. The flexible membrane is coupled to the earth pressure measurement unit to be arranged between the earth pressure measurement unit and the inner surface of the cylindrical hole. A part of the grout injection unit is inserted into the flexible membrane, and the grout injection unit injects grout into the gap between the flexible membrane and the earth pressure measurement unit.
