<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which reduces foreign objects intruding between a motor and a control unit. <P>SOLUTION: A driving device 1 includes a motor 2, a control unit 3, and a holder 30. The holder 30 is provided between the motor 2 and the control unit 3 and has a wall part 31 fitted into a connector holder 120 of the control unit 3. Since the holder 30 is fitted into the control unit 3, the structure prevents foreign objects from intruding into a space on the radially inner side relative to the fitting position of the holder 30 and the control unit 3, which is located between the motor 2 and the controller 3, from the radially outer side.
