ROAD TRAFFIC FLOW SIMULATION DEVICE, ROAD TRAFFIC FLOW SIMULATION PROGRAM AND ROAD TRAFFIC FLOW SIMULATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simulate charging behavior of an electric vehicle.

SOLUTION: A road traffic flow simulation has: a step 100 to set a ratio of a number of electric vehicle models simulating electric vehicles with residual charged power of batteries as attribute values to a total number of vehicle models and to set a number as well as installation positions of charging station models that charge the batteries on the electric vehicle models; a step 108 to calculate residual power of the batteries on the electric vehicle models traveling in a road network model simulating a road network including a plurality of roads and intersections connecting the roads; and a step 112 to select the charging station models to charge the batteries on the electric vehicle models which require charging with values based on the calculated residual power of the batteries lower than a preliminary determined threshold.
