Provided are: a film which uses a fullerene derivative; a method for producing the film; and a use of the film. In a film which is formed of hemispherical particles according to the present invention, the hemispherical particles are arranged like a hexagonal close-packed structure and each hemispherical particle is formed of a specific fullerene derivative. Each hemispherical particle preferably has a bilayer membrane structure that is organized so that the hemispherical particle has a flake-like surface.
