The present invention relates to an automatic fireproof shutter. The automatic fireproof shutter includes: a plurality of panels selectively descending so as to cover a gate, the plurality of panels being rotated with respect to an end of the shutter such that the plurality of panels are stacked in the thickness direction thereof; an elasticity-generating device providing elastic force to the plurality of panels in order to elevate the panels; a detection device detecting either a human voice, an impact, or an electric signal when the plurality of panels descend; a driving device elevating the plurality of panels to a preset height and then lowering same according to the signal provided by the detection device; a force transmission device transmitting the power provided by the driving device to the plurality of panels, thereby transferring the plurality of panels; a stacking device stacking the plurality of panels transferred by the power transmission device in the thickness direction; and a case receiving the plurality of panels, the elasticity-generating device, the driving device, and the stacking device therein.
