The present invention relates to a cassette stand structure installed at an upper portion of an automatic medicine-packing machine for arranging and installing a plurality of tablet cassettes. According to the present invention, a cassette stand structure for an automatic medicine-packing machine is provided, in which various medicines received into a plurality of cassette devices are continuously packed for single dosages. The cassette stand structure for an automatic medicine-packing machine includes: a front stand disposed on a front surface of the automatic medicine-packing machine, the front stand being rotated with respect to a rotational axis such that the front stand is opened or closed; an intermediate stand disposed at a rear side of the front stand, the intermediate stand being rotated together with the front stand with respect to the rotational axis such that the intermediate stand is opened or closed; and a rear stand disposed at rear side of the intermediate stand.
