<p>The present invention addresses the problem of providing a tablet packing device wherein a polygonal vial is stably transferred, and a label is accurately adhered on the outer peripheral surface of the polygonal vial. This tablet packing device is provided with: a transfer unit for transferring a polygonal vial to a label adhesion device; a rotational holding unit for holding the polygonal vial; and the label adhesion device comprising an adhesion roller unit for adhering a label on the periphery of the vial. The adhesion roller unit which is brought into contact with the polygonal vial or an optical sensor acquires information regarding the outer periphery of the polygonal vial, accesses the corner of the polygonal vial, and adheres the label on the outer peripheral surface of the vial.</p>
