PURPOSE: A thermoplastic graft copolymer and the polymethylmethacrylate resin composition including the same are provided to improve optical characteristics, surface strength, and impact strength when the thermoplastic graft copolymer is applied to the polymethylmethacrylate resin. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic graft copolymer comprises 55-85 weight% of conjugated diene based rubber core and a 15-45 weight% of graft shell which is composed of (meth)acrylate based monomer and covers the rubber core. One or more which is selected from a group composed of monomer which is represented by chemical formula 1: A-[R-O]n-A is included in the rubber core, the graft shell or both of the rubber core and graft shell. In the chemical formula 1, A is independently substituent having a vinyl group or (matte)acrylate group and A' is hydrogen group, alkyl group or (matte)acryloyl. R is independently ethyl group or propyl group, and n indicates 5-15.
