A device for cutting tape into sheets with profiled contours consists of an unwinding device, a drum with rotary cutting tool attached on it, a delivery roll. The drum is rigidly attached to a link, whose slide is pivotally connected to a crank. Rotary cutting tool is made in the form of a profiled punching bar mounted in a profiled groove of the plywood base, which is fixed on the surface of a drum. The device is additionally equipped with a smooth cylinder, which is located under the drum and rotates in the direction of movement of a cutting tool. The gap between the surfaces of drum and cylinder is equal to the height of a punching bar. |
