摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a heating furnace schedule and a lot program which satisfy the restrictions of heating and rolling in a hot-rolling operation and is optimum in terms of the management of the appoint date of delivery and energy efficiency on the assumption of a bloom discharging schedule from a continuous casting machine. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with an information processing unit 1 of the object steel material of a schedule from a steel making plant to the hot strip mill, a simulation unit 3 for predicting a future physical distribution state and an optimum schedule/lot program calculating unit 4 for calculating the optimum schedule and the lot program in accordance with the arrival state of the object steel of future schedule which is predicted by the simulation unit to the hot rolling and the progress state of the physical distribution of the heating furnace or the like. By the optimum schedule/lot program calculating unit 4, the optimum solution is calculated by using a formula obtained by taking a lot programming problem that the object steel of lot incorporation is arranged in the right place of a plurality of lots in accordance with the nature of each object steel to be incorporated to the lot as an combination optimizing problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
