<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which an unburned combustible content of an oil coke does not remain in a calcined material taken out from a rotary kiln even if the oil coke is used as a fuel when a lime sludge is calcined by the rotary kiln in order to produce CaCO<SB>3</SB>used as a filler in paper making. <P>SOLUTION: The oil coke is crushed so that the particle diameter is D<SB>P100</SB>≤130μm and is supplied as the fuel to the rotary kiln, while the rotary speed of the upper-side peripheral part of a rotary table of an upright crusher is in the range of 2.7-1.8(m/s). Therefore, the unburned combustible content can be controlled and also a stable operation of the upright crusher 1 is possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
