<p>A process for producing a hydrocarbon oil from a feedstock gas containing carbon monoxide gas and hydrogen gas using a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, the process including a hydrocarbon synthesis step of synthesizing hydrocarbons by reacting the carbon monoxide gas and hydrogen gas contained in the feedstock gas within a catalyst particle-containing slurry contained inside a reactor, a powdered particle removal step of filtering the slurry extracted from a top section of a slurry bed inside the reactor, trapping and separating powdered particles formed by powdering of the catalyst particles to obtain liquid hydrocarbons, a catalyst particle trapping step of filtering the slurry extracted from a position lower than the top section of the slurry bed, trapping and separating the catalyst particles to obtain liquid hydrocarbons, and a catalyst particle return step of returning the trapped catalyst particles in the catalyst particle trapping step to the reactor, and a hydrocarbon recovery step of mixing the liquid hydrocarbons obtained in the powdered particle removal step and the liquid hydrocarbons obtained in the catalyst particle trapping step to recover a hydrocarbon oil.</p> |
