VACUUM FOAMING METHOD OF REFRIGERATOR

PURPOSE: A vacuum foaming method of a refrigerator is provided to remarkably improve the quality of a foamed cell and to completely fill the hollow walls of a refrigerator with foam in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum foaming method of a refrigerator is as follows. An injector mixing head is moved forward, and the inside a foaming jig(10) is vacuumized. The vacuum of the foaming jig is cut off by an air cylinder(50) on the front of the injector mixing head. After the vacuum is cut off, polyurethane is foamed. The expansion and rise of the foam is accelerated. The hollow walls of a refrigerator(20) are completely filled with the foam in a short time.
