The invention relates to an anti-intrusion system for protecting electronic components (101), comprising a substrate (102), on the surface of which the electronic components (101) are located, an intrusion detection device and an evacuated metal enclosure (103) encapsulating the electronic components (101) and the intrusion detection device, wherein said system is characterized in that the intrusion detection device includes: a means (104) for transmitting a microwave signal (HF); a nanocolumn (105) connected to a ground and having a resonance frequency substantially equal to the frequency of the microwave signal (HF); an electrode (106) to which a potential (V) is applied, said electrode being located opposite an end of the nanocolumn and substantially on the longitudinal axis of said nanocolumn; and a means for measuring a variation in the potential (V), said means being connected to a warning device so as to be capable of activating the latter. |
