CELL BASED NETWORK INFORMATION TRANSFERRING SYSTEM OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION FOR HAND-OVER BETWEEN THE HETEROGENEOUS NETWORKS

PURPOSE: A cell based network information transferring system in a mobile communication network is provided to divide WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) cells into a plurality of sectors and converts network management information into a cell based bitmap information. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(2) executes voice and packet data communication through allocated mobile IP. The mobile communication terminal receives cell based bitmap type network management information in a handover as a heterogeneous network. A network information management server(4) divides WCDMA cell into a plurality of sectors. The network information management server transmits the network management information which is converted in to the cell base bitmap type.
