LIGHT-CONVERSION FLEXIBLE POLYMER MATERIAL AND USE THEREOF

A light-conversion flexible polymer material consists of organic silicone rubber (bi-component additive type elevated temperature vulcanization liquid silicone rubber, 20.0-75.0%), diluting agent (silicone oil, 10.0-20.0%), luminescent material (one or more of aluminate, silicate, silicon nitride and oxysulfide luminescent material, 15.0-65.0%) and auxiliary agent. The polymer material can be bent randomly according to demand. The polymer material is made by mixing raw materials uniformly in a container and injecting the mixture obtained into a mold to heating-curing. The polymer material is used on the surface of blue-light LED and the luminescent material in the light-conversion flexible polymer material can be excitated to emit light by light emitted from the blue-light LED, and the light can be combined with residual blue-light to emit white-light. The polymer material can be widely used in light-source device of lamp, nixie tube and backlight unit.
