Compound of formula (I), wherein R1 is a fragment of formula (II) or (III), R2 and R4 and R6-R9 have values specified in the claims, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; receiving method and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same; compounds of formula (I) have ability of the P13 kinase and mTOR inhibition and can be used for treatment of diseases caused by P13 kinase and mTOR, including various kinds of cancer.
