The invention relates to technical diagnostics, in particular to a method for determination of defects on the surfaces of articles, and can be used for detection of defects of heat-protective coating of a thin-wall system at estimation of real carrying capacity of the system and possibility of its further operation. To the control surface one directs a heat flow that provides maximum effect of damages of heat-protective coating caused in the process of operation, for response of the thin-wall system. One measures temperature values for the inner surface of the thin-wall system in given points, those are determined through regularization of sensitivity matrix of the system that is considered. Temperature distribution function and the area of damage of heat-protective coating one parameterizes through setting coordinates of the apexes of a closed broken line. Those parameters are identified by means of algorithm of adaptation of calculated values of temperature field, determined by means of the finite element method, to measured ones. By parameter values obtained one determines the boundary of the area of damage of heat-protective coating of the thin-wall system. The invention makes it possible to increase efficiency and accuracy of determination of the places of location and dimensions of the damage areas of the thin-wall coating of construction coming to existence at interaction with high-temperature medium in the process of operation. |
