A device for energy-saving ventilation has a ventilation pipe, recuperative surface heat exchanger with opposite directed intake and exhaust channels, two fans for simultaneous separate ventilating those channels. The heat exchanger is built-in to inside of ventilation pipe and has parallel to its geometrical axis, separated with long plates that alternate intake and exhaust channels. The end sections of ventilation pipe are closed with air-distribution grates.
