摘要 A method for making biscuit comprises making dough by means of whipping egg melange with sugar for 15-20 minutes up to enlarging in volume by 2.5-3 times, adding flour with starch and further mixing at most 15 s, obtaining the biscuit dough, baking thereof. At the stage of whipping the egg melange with sugar together with other components starch is added in a concentration of 3 % of the flour weight.
