A method for obtaining hemopoietic cells of cord blood or Wartanov’s jelly by means of isolating, washed out and applying thereof into a solution of a cryopreseving agent comprising dimethylsulphoxide with the further freezing. The cryopreserving solution is supplemented by 5-10 % blood serum of a universal donor (A(0)Rh-), and a content of dimethylsulphoxide is 1-3 %. |
