PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition is provided to separately release a rapid-acting part and a continuous-acting part by a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition is coated with water insoluble polymers. The pharmaceutical composition comprises: a sustained release part containing a first pharmaceutically active ingredient, water insoluble polymers, a release control substrate of water soluble or viscous polymers, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; and an immediate release part containing a second pharmaceutically active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
