PURPOSE: A compound and an organic electronic device using the same are provided to improve efficiencies, driving voltage and stability of the organic electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. Here, n and m are respectively numbers of aromatic rings having 0, 1, or 2. Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are respectively selected from deuterium, substituted or non-substituted C1-20 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C1-20 haloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C2-20 alkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C2-20 alkynyl, substituted or non-substituted C3-20 cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C5-30 cycloalkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C1-30 alkoxy, substituted or non-substituted C6-20 aryloxy, substituted or non-substituted C1-30 alkylthioxy, substituted or non-substituted C5-20 aryltioxi, substituted or non-substituted C1-30 alkylamine, substituted or non-substituted C5-30 arylamine, substituted or non-substituted C6-30 aryl, substituted or non-substituted C3-30 heteroaryl, substituted or non-substituted boron, substituted or non-substituted silane, carbonyl, phosphoryl, amino, nitrile, nitro, hydroxy, halogen, amide, cyano, phosphine oxide and ester.
