摘要 Coating composition in the form of a dispersion comprises a polyurethane urea, which is terminated by a copolymer of polyethylene oxide and poly-4-12C-alkylene oxide, and at least one polycarbonate polyol containing hydroxy group. Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparing the coating composition, comprising (i) providing the components (a) at least a polycarbonate polyol having an average molecular weight of 400-6000 g/mole and a hydroxy functionality of 1.7-2.3 or mixtures of this polycarbonate polyols, (b) at least one aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanate or mixture of these polyisocyanate in an amount of 1-4 mole per mole of the polycarbonate polyol, (c) at least one monofunctional mixed polyoxyalkylene ethers of polyethylene oxide and poly-4-12C-alkylene or a mixture of these polyether having an average molecular weight of 500-5000 g/mole in an amount of 0.01-5 mole per mole of the polycarbonate polyol, (d) at least one aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diamine and at least one amino alcohol as a chain extenders or mixture of these compounds in an amount of 0.05-3 mole per mole of the polycarbonate polyol, optionally (e) at least one short chain aliphatic polyol having a molecular weight of 62-500 g/mole in an amount of 0.1-1 mole per mole of the polycarbonate polyol, and optionally amine or hydroxy-containing components, which are located at the polymer chain end and completes it, and optionally diluting with a water-miscible, but isocyanate group inert solvent, (ii) heating the composition obtained from the step (i) to a temperature of 50-120[deg] C, (iii) dosing the components (c) and (e), which are not added, optionally at the beginning of the reaction, (iv) dissolving the obtained prepolymer using aliphatic ketones, (v) adding the component (d) for chain elongation, (vi) adding water to disperse, and (vii) removing the aliphatic ketone, preferably by distillation; and (2) a coating on a substrate obtained by applying the coating composition to the substrate and drying.
