PURPOSE: A content recommendation device and a method thereof are provided to learn information about a content related to the corresponding content without an extra search while a user utilizes a specific content. CONSTITUTION: A process confirmer(120) extracts a route of content file, which the corresponding process uses, when a predetermined process is in running. A content acquisition unit(130) acquires the search data for searching content information related with the content file from the content file located at the extracted file route. The content acquisition unit acquires the recommended content information.
