PURPOSE: A cleansing tissue using cocoon and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively remove dead skin cells, and to be easily carried on a trip. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cleansing tissue using cocoon comprises: a step of cutting one side end of cocoon to insert a finger; a step of cleaning secretion and contaminant with water of 10-20 °C for 3-4 minutes; a step of drying the cocoon; a step of impregnating cleansing water for cosmetic into the cocoon; a step of packing the cocoon in a package.
