PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to effectively execute light trapping by obtaining a high scattering effect due to white pigment included in a second reflective film. CONSTITUTION: Each cell comprises a first electrode, a photoelectric transformation unit(130), a backside reflection layer(140), and a second electrode. The first electrode is located at one side of a substrate. The photoelectric transformation unit is located on the first electrode. The backside reflection layer comprises a first reflection film(141), an opening(143a), and a second reflection film. The opening exposes a part of the first reflection film. The second electrode is located on the backside reflection layer and is connected with the first reflection film through the opening. |
