PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of carboxylate ester is provided to manufacture at low cost at high yield while preventing deterioration of catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carboxylate ester comprises the following steps: a first step of producing the carboxylate ester coping by reacting aliphatic alcohol which includes chlorine under the presence of catalyst in a reactor(4); and a second step of collecting the aliphatic carboxylate and discharging water as byproducts and carboxylate ester produced from the top column by providing a reaction solution obtained from the first step. The second step controls the moisture concentration among the tower bottom liquid as 8-22 wt% amount.
