PURPOSE: A stabilized alpha-helix peptide nanostructure is provided to study biotechnology and medical science and to treat various diseases including cancer, immune diseases, and infectious diseases. CONSTITUTION: A stabilized alpha-helix peptide nanostructure contains two or more kinds of compounds selected from cyclic peptides having an alpha-helix structure of structural formulas [PEP-1] to [PEP-3] and beta-sheet rod of [PEP-4]. The cyclic peptides have an alpha-helix forming fragment, a beta-sheet rod, and a linker. A method for preparing the nanostructure comprises: a step of preparing the cyclic peptides and beta-sheet rod; a step of self-assembling the cyclic peptides and beta-sheet rod; and a step of inter-assembling two or more kinds selected from the cyclic peptides and beta-sheet rod.
