PURPOSE: A bobbin and a coil winding method using the same are provided to obtain accurate sectional area and number of turns of a coil by inserting the middle of the coil to a penetrating groove and winding both ends of the coil in opposite directions. CONSTITUTION: A pair of flanges(120) are formed on both ends of a main body(110) and have respective radiation holes for releasing heat produced by a coil. Partition walls(131,132) are formed on the outer periphery of the main body, where a penetrating groove(140) is formed in a partition wall located in a first coil winding region(170). The middle of a first coil(150) is inserted in the penetrating groove.
