APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LED MODULE INSPECTING

PURPOSE: A device and a method for inspecting a LED(Light Emitting Diode) module are provided to respectively photograph after successively supplying two different power source to a luminous body of backlight and to identify aligning states of a lens and a LED parabolic body of the luminous body by comparing the captured images. CONSTITUTION: A method for inspecting a LED(Light Emitting Diode) module is as follows. A LED module is placed at an inspection position(S210). Power is applied to the LED module(S220). Photographing is proceed when the power is applied to the LED module(S230). A central position of a LED parabolic body is identified with images obtained in the photographing step. Luminance of the images is increased so that a boundary of a lens is identified. A central position of the lens is identified with the images in which the luminance is increased. The central positions of the LED parabolic body and the lens are compared with the images(S250).
