PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electrochemical biosensor base on a gaseous diffusion layer and the electrochemical biosensor manufactured by the same are provided to increase difference between a positive binding and a negative binding through a barrier layer consisted of bovine serum albumin solution and improve detection limits. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrochemical biosensor base on a gaseous diffusion layer is as follows. A substrate is prepared. An electrode is vaporized on the substrate. A self-assemble monomolecular film is formed in the electrode. A gaseous diffusion layer is used as the substrate. The gaseous diffusion layer substrate is coated with a gold film.
