PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat transfer heating pipe is provided to prevent damages to a pipe even in the case thermal storage materials are expanded by temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat transfer heating pipe is as follows. A heating pipe(10) having an aluminum tube(102) is prepared. Thermal storage materials are filled in the heating pipe. An electric heating wire is inserted through the hole of an elastic plug(20) to position the electric heating wire inside the heating pipe. An elastic plug is press-fitted to the end part of the heating pipe. An aluminum cap(30) covers up the end part of the heating pipe. The pressed portion is formed while the certain portion of the aluminum cap is pressed. |
