PURPOSE: An elastic paving material having a heating layer using solar energy is provided to prevent damage to a surface layer by preventing the surface layer from freezing using a heating layer. CONSTITUTION: An elastic paving material having a heating layer using solar energy comprises a base layer(10), a heating layer(30), an elastic surface layer(40), a solar cell module, and a controller. The base layer is formed by uniformly grinding the top surface of the ground. The heating layer is formed on the top of the base layer and has a heating wire. The elastic surface layer is formed on the top of the heating layer. The solar cell module generates electric energy supplied to the heating layer. The controller controls the operation of the heating layer by receiving the electric energy from the solar cell module. |
