PURPOSE: A copper sulfate composition for nylon fiber processing and a method for fabricating conductive nylon fiber are provided to prevent sediment generation and to improve productivity and product quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a copper sulfate composition for fabricating a conductive nylon fiber comprises: a step of reacting 10-20% o.w.f of copper sulfate, 2-3% o.w.f of levulinic acid, 0.1-0.5 % o.w.f of sodium lauryl suflate, 0.1-30% o.w.f of polyethylene glycol, 8-10% o.w.f of sodium thiosulfate, and 0.2% o.w.f of chelating agent; a step of adding 0.3% o.w.f of sodium hypophosphoroous acid and removing unreacted material by pH 7; and a step of adding 0.3% o.w.f of magnesium hydroxide. The chelating agent includes EDTA, EDTA2 sodium, or tripoly sodium phosphate.
