摘要 PURPOSE: A vascular imaging apparatus using a light emitting diode light source and a laser vascular surgery apparatus including the same are provided to improve surgery precision of retinal vessels by connecting the vascular imaging apparatus and a laser irradiation apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An LED system(110) generates an LED light source. A first optical system(120) includes a color filter changing the LED light source into an absorption wavelength range of blood inside a blood vessel. A monitoring apparatus(130) monitors a blood vessel tissue irradiating the LED light source having a wavelength range changed through the first optical system. The color filter is composed of a yellow filter(123) and a cyan filter(125) formed at the backend of the yellow filter.
